Class Evaluation

1. Some things I liked about this class was that our teacher Mr. Haymore was always in a great mood, and his class is always filled with great and positive energy.
2.  Something I did not like about this class was that we always had the same routine
3. Some recommendation for improving the class is that we should have a bit more of fun activities rather than sitting all period in the computer.
4. A highlight of this class is how every time when class was over our teacher Mr. Haymore will always dismiss us with a great and touching quote and he would always tell us "Remember to always "CTR".
5. I honestly did always try my best to finish my work not only that but I also alway tried my best to choose the right at all moments.
6. I do read my life planning book daily due to the fact that every time I read it, it simply inspires me to keep striving towards my many goals.
7. I am totally committed into being a CTR person because not only does it help me reach success but it also benefits me because I simply feel great about myself.
8. The main thing I learned from this class that I am willing to pass  on to others is that greatness and success comes from someone who chooses the right and always has a positive mind.
9. Something I will always remember about this class is our wonderful teacher dude to everything he has taught me and the good qualities I should have. I will also remember all his positive vibes simple flowing throughout the school.

The 10 Keys to Personal Power

Brain Tracy

Key 1: Clarity
Have vision. Determine what you want to be, or have in life. Have a sense of direction and know where you are going. If you do not have a clear specific goal in life, you are doomed forever to work for others who do.”

The first key by Brian Tracy is very powerful because you need to have clarity in order to successes in life. What I mean by that is that by wanting to accomplish a goal you must have to have a giddiness that helps you get to the goal. Like a good example can be the 100+ goals notebook. It is a good example because it helps you list the thing that you want to do and it just gives you motivation to start accomplishing one by one. It helps you set up the future little by little because you are the one setting up the goals that you desire to complete. The goals that you write down in the notebook are the ones you will do later on in life. Having clarify is like a structure all you have to do is built yourself into what you want to be when you get older and accomplish the goals. People that don’t have clarity are the ones that end up working for the ones that had clarity and that succeeded their dreams.
Key2: Competence
"If you commit to excellent, opportunities will always come your way. The harder you work, the better you get."
Image result for Competence
REFLECTION: what this key is trying to say is if you work hard enough on something you will become better at it. However, if you do not work hard enough on something then you will never become good at that. If you do not become at it then you will be choosing the right. So that you can choose the right you should work hard at something so you will become better at it and be choosing the right.

Key 3:Concentration

"Make the best use of your time. Ask yourself “Is this the best use of my time?” before you start anything."

Reflection: Concentration is the act of concentrating; the state of being concentrated. This means that we as people we really need to focus on the positive and also the worthiness of our positive choices to know we are concentrated" What does it take to be a champion? Desire, dedication, determination, concentration and the will to win.".

 Key 4: Common Sense
Train your mind
Think things through
listen to your intuition
learn from setbacks

Reflection: I think that this statement is trying to tell us that we have to have common sense in order so succeed in life. I believe that common sense is something truly important that one should always have. When one has common sense one is able to think through stuff before one does something. When one has common sense it shows how you are a person who listens to others thoroughly. When one has common sense one is able to understand and perceive things easily. People who do not have common sense actually do badly with most things they do. When someone does not have common sense one can already guess what kind of person he or she is. If they do not have common sense one can already believe that they are the kind of people who do not listen or even pay attention. In conclusion, when one has common sense many can rapidly tell they are good people who actually listen and pay attention. Common sense can show others rapidly how a person is, either he or she is smart or not.

Key 5: Creativity

"Except the fact that every human being is a genius.  The hallmark of creativity is asking questions.  The people who are most creative ask the most questions."

Creativity is the use of imagination or original ideas, especially in the production of an artistic work. Everyone has the ability to be creative or express themselves creatively. But not everyone chooses to improve their skills of learning how to use their imagination. Again not even needs to learn how to limit their imagination or learn how to use it but there is no limit to how far your imagination takes place because you are free to write freely. Creativity can come from motivation that you develop or that you had when you began to brainstormed.
Key 6: Consideration
“The quality of your relationships with other people will determine your success in life.”
“Develop the people skills you need to become a better communicator. Take courses in listening, speaking, etc.”
” If you were to learn one new word a day, within 5 years, you’ll be the best educated person in history.”
Image result for consideration
Reflection:A basic meaning of the word consistency is conformity in the application of something, typically that which is necessary for the sake of logic, accuracy, or fairness. An example of being consistent is when you are consistent and refusing not to give up on the people or ideas you care about the most like family, friends, work, and even yourself.  Showed no special consideration to those who happened to be powerful or accomplished; neither did he slight others for their poverty or illiteracy. He would listen respectfully to words of truth from a child, and openly ignore a conceited pundit.

Key 7: Consistency
“Dependable, steady predictable work is always superior to fast spurts of work.”
"Be consistent in your relationships, your family, friends, your boss, your work.  Be the person that people can depend upon.  That if you say you’ll do something you do it..”

Reflection: Being the person anyone can depend on is a great thing, especially if you are an important person in the field of work you specialize in or at home. But always being the important person can take a tole in your personal life, having so much responsibility at an advance or young age can be difficult, either for the stress , or the inexperience with such responsibility. Some advantages of being consistent are consistency allows for measurement consistency creates accountability.

Key 8: Commitment
“No success is possible without commitment. The ability to commit yourself whole heartily is the basis if achieving all success.”
“Become totally absorbed in your work. Be totally committed.”
REFLECTION:  What this key is trying to say is that success is not possible if you do not do your commitment. Without success you will get a career, and you will be choosing the wrong. Many people wonder of how to be successful, and they should know that is commitment will help them choose the right and get a career.

Key 9: Courage
“The fear of failure is the single greatest reason for failure in life.”
Image result for courage
REFLECTION: What this key is saying is you need to be brave and be confident to succeed. If you don't have courage to be successful then you will more likely fail if you fear failure. If you fear failure then you will be choosing the wrong and never succeed. What many people don't know if they are not confident of succeeding it gives them a reason why they will fail in life. So what people should learn about this is always have courage in being successful so you can choose the right.
Key 10: Confidence
“You only get confidence by doing things over and over again.”
Image result for confidence
REFLECTION: What this key is saying is you only get confidence by doing something over and over again until you get it right. Also it shows how you can be choosing the right and will be confident when the time is ready. For example if you have to present a project and you are nervous, if you would choose the right you would practice your project. However, if you choose the wrong and slack off and dont practice you will get a low grade on the project.
